Originally from Costa Rica, Stephan Dyer is a banker-turned-comedian with 400-plus shows in eight countries, including Peru, Mexico, and Malaysia. In 2017, after becoming one of the youngest senior managers at Scotiabank Toronto, he quit his lucrative bank job to pursue his professional career in stand-up comedy. Since then, he has been on Comedy Central, Second City, TEDx, and some of the world's largest comedy festivals!

He is the co-founder and co-CEO of MalPensando, an award-winning bilingual public speaking and comedy school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada that has empowered thousands of people to become funny, confident speakers.

Andrew “Drew” Tarvin
Comedian, humor engineer, professional speaker, corporate trainer



A former engineer by profession, Drew calls himself “a humor engineer,” in that he is teaching people how to get better results while having more fun. He is a corporate trainer, comedian, and keynote speaker based in New York. As a speaker, he has delivered more than 500 talks in front of 35,000-plus people with organizations like P&G, GE, ESPN, Microsoft, the U.S. Navy, and PepsiCo. His TEDx Talk, “The Skill of Humor,” has nearly 9 million views.

As an author, he has written three best-selling books, including Humor That Works: The Missing Skill for Success and Happiness at Work. He is also the primary contributor to the Humor That Works blog and has written more than 400 posts on business topics such as humor, leadership, and decision-making, garnering over one million pageviews every year.

To hear Tammy Miller tell it, she is in the business of changing lives. She is the President and CEO of Tammy Speaks and Tammy Miller Auctions, which afford her the titles of international speaker, auctioneer, author, and speech coach. As an international speaker, her topics include humor and healing, communication skills, motivation, leadership, and business and dining etiquette. As a speech coach, she has helped leaders from all walks of life become better communicators. Her company, Tammy Miller Auctions, provides local and global auction services, specializing in real estate and fundraising auctions.

An adjunct professor at Penn State University, Tammy teaches Presentation and Communication skills. She is the author of four books and a contributing columnist to national and international publications. Tammy is a professional clown who uses the healing power of humor when visiting hospital patients. She wrote a book about her battle with breast cancer, The Lighter Side of Breast Cancer Recovery.
